Remote consultation of your file

Thanks to our network of partners, we can provide you with a therapeutic project offer at the best cost and in the shortest possible time.

Our medical administration department collects your information and pre-formats your medical file. *

Your file is analysed by one of our coordinating doctors, who will discuss it with you.

Following your exchange, he or she will select the best French specialist partner for your medical situation.

An offer of a therapeutic project from the specialist selected by the coordinating doctor as well as his price list will be sent to you within 72 hours.

If the offer suits you, we will plan your stay together and accompany you until your return.

Organizing your travel

Once the care itinerary has been clearly defined (number of days of hospitalisation, compulsory examinations, dates, etc.) and validated, we offer a concierge service to help you organise your stay in France (support in the procedures for the VISA, advice on transport, accommodation, activities, etc.).

We make sure that you are taken care of in the establishment and by the selected practitioner.

Post-operative follow-up

When you return home, the coordinating doctor will assess the journey with you. They also resume contact with the French attending partner to ensure optimal medical follow-up.

In order to fully satisfy our patients, our administrative department will contact you the week after your return to collect your opinions and plan the follow-up.
